Instructions for using the online shop to buy alumina crucibles & more. On most single product pages you will find a dropdown for you to select between discounted pack sizes. You will also be able to select the quantity using a numeric value. Once you have selected your options click on the add to cart button to add the product(s) to your cart. Once you have added a product to your cart you can click on the shopping cart icon at the top right of the websites header section to be directed to your shopping cart. From here you can input discount codes, change the quantities of products or remove certain products from the basket altogether. Once you have decided you are ready to buy alumina crucibles, click on the checkout button. On this page you will need to fill out your delivery and billing address information. Once you’ve done that you are then able to select your preferred payment method, direct bank transfer or paypal. If you select bank transfer it will ask you to fill in your details to initiate the transfer. If you select paypal you will be redirected to a paypal payment page, where you can login to your account and pay or pay with a card as a guest. When you are ready to make the purchase, click the checkbox to confirm you have read th terms and conditions and click the place order button. If you filled in all of the information, your order will be accepted and you will receive an email confirmation. But what if we want a quote emailed to us of our discounted order? To create a quote with price discounts the process is different. Instead you need to add products to our cart as if you are making an actual order. On the cart page you will see a box to input a coupon code. Type in your discount code here and click the button and it will discount the items in your basket. Now click on the button to go to checkout, fill in your information and click the button at the very bottom of the page that says Request a Quote (be careful not to click the Place Order button).
