Returns Policy

Whilst we take every precaution and care over packaging of our products, we understand that incidents beyond our control can occur during transit by courier partners. Please check items carefully upon receipt for any mistakes or issues.  For items received damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt, and we will refund or replace at the earliest opportunity.

We pride ourselves on our ability to make exactly to your quality requirements, however, accept that there may be errors. We will be in touch directly within 24 hours to discuss further options with you to rectify the situation.

To return the items, please package them appropriately, ideally in the packaging they were sent to you in, and send them to the address below. Please mark clearly as “Return goods for the attention of the Quality Department” and email [email protected] with the details.
