We accept returns of website stock items without argument, if for any reason you are not happy with the quality. (For incorrectly ordered website stock items, we charge a 20% restocking fee, but will refund the remaining total.)

Whilst we take every precaution and care over packaging of our products we understand that incidents beyond our control can occur during transit by courier partners. Please check items carefully upon receipt for any mistakes or issues.  For items received damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt and we will refund or replace at the earliest opportunity.

We pride ourselves on our ability to make exactly to your quality requirements, however, accept that there may be errors. For any issues with custom made items, please call us on 01638 508 712 or email us at sales@almath.co.uk to let us know. We will be in touch directly within 24 hours to discuss further options with you to rectify the situation.

To return the items, please package them appropriately, ideally in the packaging they were sent to you in, and send them to the address below. Please mark clearly as “Return goods for the attention of the Quality Department” and email sales@almath.co.uk with the details.
